TUFI House of Lords Reception for Trade Unionists

Ofer Eini with Geoff Hoon MP TUFI hosted a reception on 13 May 2008 in the House of Lords with Ofer Eini, the Chairman of the Histadrut (Israeli TUC), along with Government ministers and other special guests, to celebrate Israel’s 60th anniversary with the UK labour movement.

The event was a great opportunity for many fellow British trade unionists to get together and discuss the ongoing relationship between the British, Palestinian and Israeli trade union movements.
